Personal Philosophy

Welcome to my therapy practice, where I believe that each person has a unique perspective of their world. My approach is tailored to meet the individual needs of each client, recognizing that no two journeys are the same. As a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, I am dedicated to practicing within an ethical framework, ensuring and integrity in our work together. Regular supervision is an integral part of my practice, allowing me to continually refine my skills and prioritize your best interests.

​By using my sense of self, my personal experiences and personal history. I mentalise how it must have felt for you in that particular situation, this allows for a deeper level of empathy and understanding of how you are currently feeling or how you experienced trauma. This allows a natural unpacking and re-processing of events that might cause you to feel at threat or react in unconscious ways, for example - passive aggressive, explosive anger
